The City Information and Community Relations Office provides accurate, timely, and reliable information and served as a network to strengthen ties between the City Government of Ilagan and the people by bringing people’s concerns to authorities and by responding to inquiries regarding programs, services, and undertakings of the city government. It also serves as the central information, media outlet and documentation portal of the city government of Ilagan.
