The City Government of Ilagan and Isabela State University further strengthened partnership with ISU extending its support to the computerization program of the City’s Frontline Services and Human Resources Management. After their collaborative engagement in fighting Covid19 thru Contact Tracing Program, they venture into another phase of computerization project that further strengthen the partnership of the two agencies.
